Did you know: Union Meetings held @ Local 440 must have a "quorum" of 15 people in order to hold the meeting?
Definition of quorum; the number (as a majority) of officers or members of a body that when duly assembled is legally competent to transact business
...IF NO ONE SHOWS~WE CAN'T HAVE A MEETING!!
